QSC Stage 3:

Clutch kit is designed for high horsepower street or race application. It provides an aggressive engagement and low to moderate gear rattle. Our clutch systems are engineered to deliver high performance while maintaining durability, and they can be easily installed without modification. This Stage 3 clutch kit includes a heavy-duty pressure plate, premium ceramic disc, chromoly flywheel, throw out bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing

Pressure Plate:

QSC pressure plates are engineered to maximize the clutch life. The clamp loads are 35% to 60% higher than stock. The diaphragms of each pressure plate endure a four stage heat treated process to improve tension strength while preserving the structural integrity. All QSC pressure plates are CNC precision machined and computer balanced to ensure smooth operation. Each pressure plate also features heavy-duty drive straps and rivets to secure the contact face.

Clutch Disc:

QSC 6 puck clutch disc is made of ceramic pads with high coefficient of friction. It enables quick engagement and performs reliably for extreme duty friction applications. The 6 spring designs also boosts the overall power and durability of the disc. This 6 puck disc is engineered to deliver high torque and holding capacity, and it is ideal choice for the serious enthusiasts.**

Flywheel:

QSC forged flywheels are made of high quality chrome-moly steel. They are stronger, lighter, and more heat and corrosion resistant than stock. Our flywheels are engineered to reduce MOI (Moment of inertia) and thus provide a better engine response. They are also designed to increase air flow to enhance the overall thermal performance of the clutch system. All of our flywheels are CNC machined to ensure perfect balancing and to provide a flat surface for clutch disc bedding. In addition, the surface of the flywheels is designed to fit any kind of clutch disc material, ranging from organic to ceramic.

Why Eagle?


Eagle rods have been performing flawlessly in street and strip motors for years. There proprietary forged H-Beam design is not only one of the strongest designs available, but its one of the lightest also. Being able to rev quickly is the major advantage of this H-Beam rod. Being able to be rated right out of the box to 600 Wheel Horsepower is the Eagle rods killer feature. Every Eagle rod is heat treated for durability in a racing engine, they are then stress relieved for superior rigidity, and then machined for final fitment and 100% dead on tolerances.

The B-series is a four-cylinder DOHC automotive engines introduced by Honda in 1989.
B-series were aimed more as a performance option, featuring dual-overhead cams along with the first application of Honda’s VTEC. They were made in 1.6-, 1.7-, 1.8-, and 2.0-liter variants, with and without VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control). Later models have minor upgrades including modifications to the intake valves and ports and piston tops, along with individual cylinder oil injectors B18C models. They produce between 130 hp 97 kW and 200 hp 149 kW with some models capable of a redline over 8,500 rpm, B20B engines has a deck height of 212mm.
