AD07 Yokohama Advan Neova

advan_neova

AD07 Yokohama Advan Neova:

The ADVAN Neova AD07 is the Extreme Performance Summer tire member of Yokohama’s global family of ADVAN performance tires developed for sports car, sports coupe and performance sedan enthusiasts who love sport driving. Used as Original Equipment (O.E.) on the Lotus Elise, the ADVAN Neova AD07 is designed to provide high levels of traction, responsive handling and driving control in dry and wet road conditions. The ADVAN Neova AD07 is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice. The ADVAN Neova AD07 molds a “fine particle” Micro Silica (MS) tread compound (to provide greater road surface adhesion) into a directional tread pattern that features massive tread blocks with rounded edges to increase cornering stability and steering response while promoting more even wear. Five large circumferential and multiple directionally aligned lateral grooves resist hydroplaning and enhance wet traction. The tire’s structure includes two wide steel belts reinforced by spirally wound nylon to provide strength and uniform ride quality and high-speed capability while the sidewalls are tuned to resist lateral deflection providing handling control and cornering stability. Like the motorsports tires this Extreme Performance street tire has evolved from, the ADVAN Neova AD07 radial’s construction and compounds have been tuned to maximize the tire’s traction and performance within a specific range of ambient temperatures. Therefore, unlike less highly-tuned tires, Yokohama’s care instructions specify that due to its compound characteristics, ADVAN Neova tires must be used and stored at temperatures above -10 degrees Celsius (14 degrees Fahrenheit) to maintain its performance and avoid tire damage.

TODA HIGH POWER SINGLE CLUTCH KIT

single_k20

TODA HIGH POWER SINGLE CLUTCH KIT:

Improvement in clutch response:
A strap drive system connecting the pressure plate to the cover is used, improving both the response of the clutch pedal operation as well preventing noise commonly found when the clutch is depressed.

A low inertia disc:
A high friction valve, low wear rate, and a metal material with high heat resistance made into a compact size (ø200mm). Gives you a high power transfer capacity and a long life. A small damper disc specially designed, and optimization of the metal pad including its thickness. Greatly reducing inertia to below that of the original product. Giving enhanced shift feeling and reduced synchronizing wear with in the gearbox.

High quality. Chromium molybdenum flywheel:
Stress analysis, balance, and inertia are simulated using CAD solid models for optimized performance. An overall design, designed to give good weight savings and low rotation characteristics.

Sparco racing fighter bucket seat

Sparco racing fighter bucket seat:

The Sparco Fighter seat was designed to give the extreme support of one of Sparco’s competition seats with ease of installation found in their street performance seats. The Fighter incorporates perforated abrasion resistant inserts to protect against excessive wear and also features a high-tension spring-and-wire system to secure the cover to the shell. This system will allow the user to easily remove and clean the seat cover, restoring it show quality condition. Also included are a pair of the Sparco dual-density lumbar pads that enable you to customize the seat to fit your specific body type.

TODA B-series VTEC Billet Camshafts

twincamtech_2265_247497221

TODA B-series VTEC Billet Camshafts:

TODA Racing has been producing billet VTEC camshafts since 1994, longer than any other manufacturer. Years of experience with B16A and B18C engines have allowed TODA Racing to produce the best performing and most proven DOHC VTEC camshafts available. TODA Racing uses the latest design and manufacturing technologies to produce their camshafts. All TODA parts are designed, tested, and manufactured using the IBM CATIA CAD/CAM/CAE system. This is the same system used by Honda, Boeing, Ferrari, Porsche, and other leading high technology manufacturers. TODA Spec B & C camshafts have large primary and secondary lobes. This is a design pioneered by TODA over 6 years ago. Now our competition is copying this design feature. Imitation parts may look the same, but there’s one thing that can’t be copied, TODA quality and reliability.

TECHNICAL NOTE:

All TODA Racing camshafts must be tuned using TODA adjustable campulleys to attain maximum performance. Valve lash for all cams is 0.2mm cold. Spec B & C camshafts require TODA valve springs. For Spec A camshafts, Integra Type-R inner and outer valvespring components maybe used up to 8400rpm on both the intake and exhaust side. With Spec A camshafts if engine will be operating beyond 8400rpm, TODA valve spring kit must be used. Using Spec C camshafts on engines with milled cylinder heads, thin head gaskets, or non TODA Racing high compression pistons may cause valve-to-piston clearance issues. For maximum performance, Spec C camshafts must be used with TODA high compression pistons and upgraded fuel injection system. Some aftermarket campulleys use connecting bolts that are not compatible with TODA camshafts. The use of these bolts could damage the TODA camshafts. If you plan to use TODA camshafts, we only recommend using TODA campulleys to prevent damage to the camshafts. The TODA High Power Timing Belt is highly recommended when using Spec B and C camshafts.
